Tim Luedtke
Tim was born in Plymouth, Wisconsin and graduated from Campbellsport High School. From the age of 13 until he was 22, he worked in various restaurants in the Fond du Lac area, Wisconsin which include Chef Chateau, Samantha’s, Atrium and Studio 101.
At the age of 22, he entered the Air Force and served four years in Altus, Oklahoma in the Human Resources Department. After serving his country for four years, he moved to Orlando, Florida for five years and worked at various jobs ranging from Sales Manager for various Hotels, Director of Sales and Marketing for 6 mini-golf courses between Daytona Beach and the Clearwater/Tampa area, and he was General Manager of a 36 lane bowling center.
In 1996, he moved back to Wisconsin and worked as the General Manager for the Days Inn Hotel and also Rookies Indoor Sports Complex. Since 1997, he has been self-employed, creating and owning various websites. He also owned Yummy Pizza for 3 years in North Fond du Lac which was a facility that had 18 holes of indoor mini-golf, video arcade, party rooms, full-service restaurant and food delivery service.
Melissa Luedtke
Melissa Luedtke grew up in Minnesota on a hobby farm area just north of the Twin Cities. She has over 19 years of experience working in the fields of recreation and education. She has worked with people of all age groups and backgrounds.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education (licensed K-6) and a Master's Degree in Counseling and College Student Development. She has worked in higher education, hiring and training both student and professional level staff for a total of 13 years. Most recently she worked for 7 years at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. The latest enterprise was the start-up of an outdoor adventure center at UWO. She was responsible for the overall design, creation, marketing, and management of the center and its staff. The outdoor adventure center’ mission is to plan and lead canoeing, hiking, backpacking, and down hill skiing trips in addition to renting outdoor gear.
Her passion for traveling has brought her around the world visiting over 22 countries and 45 states in the United States. Her free time she has spent volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oshkosh. She was a Big Sister for 5 years and was the chairperson for the 2005 Annual for Bowl For Kids Sake fundraising event that raised more than $150,000.
Melissa is currently employed at UW Fond du Lac as a Student Services Coordinator and enjoys spending time with her two sons, Steele and Brock.
